    I did not know that some types of food can stop acne .Now that I’ve seen your post I realize that I eat some of those on a daily basis like apples,lemon,milk,yogurt and of course I drink almost 2 L of water a day just like the doctor recommended .

    Avoiding sugar is also good for skin. Especially when you have an eruption.
